Jan Clizer - Paint Scots takes pride in many years of excellent customer service, providing a superior quality product. In the unlikely event you should find a defect of concern, please contact us for consultation and resolution.

SHIPPING

Shipping is least-cost using the most appropriate service.  Ship fees are pre-calculated as you move through checkout using Shopify's system.  If there is a fee discrepancy of over $5, you will be reimbursed for the difference.  All efforts are made to complete orders and ship from the studio in a timely manner.  If your item is in stock, it should go out within 48 hours, unless Jan is travelling (hopefully in Scotland or Cornwall!).  If it must be printed, it will take approx. 7 business days  to get in the Post.  You will be notified in your order acknowledgement.   Paintings and orders over $25 are shipped with appropriate insurance and confirmation.  You will receive tracking no.'s as appropriate.

 

RETURNS

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, and returns must be authorized by a Jan Clizer Painting representative. Great care and extensive shipping experience go into ensuring your purchase arrives in excellent shape, and misuse of our efforts will not be tolerated. Legitimate damage will be suitably acknowledged, and replaced when possible. If not possible, credit of suitable value will be issued immediately.
